Get ready for the most exciting introduction to the game! The Junior Knights are looking for our youngest athletes (Grades K-2) to join our Flag Football Program. It’s fast-paced, high-energy, and designed entirely around fun, fundamentals, and team spirit!

We welcome all future stars from Wharton, Mine Hill, Dover, and Rockaway Boro!

Our 7-on-7 games are the perfect way for kids to fall in love with football. We keep the action moving with a running clock—only stopping for those thrilling 2-minute warnings!

 

 * No Experience Needed: Whether it’s their first time holding a ball or they’re already a pro in the backyard, everyone plays!

 * Big Game Atmosphere: Our enthusiastic Flag Cheerleaders will be on the sidelines to cheer on every touchdown!

 * Registration Fee: Only $110 for the season!

 

🛡️ Safety & Coaching Excellence

At this age, building confidence and staying safe are our top priorities. You can rest easy knowing ALL Jr. Knights coaches are:

 * Rutgers-Certified

 * Background Checked

 * CPR/AED Certified

 

🎒 What Your Little Athlete Needs

We provide the flags and the jersey! You just need to bring the energy.

Parent Checklist:

 * Mouthpieces: Essential for safety! (We recommend buying a few—they tend to disappear!).

 * Cleats: Football or soccer cleats (must be all-rubber soles).

 * Water Bottle: Keep them hydrated with fresh water (no soda or sugary drinks, please).

 * Hard Cup: Recommended for all players.
