We take our girls' program seriously. Your athletes will be led by a staff committed to excellence and safety. ALL Jr. Knights coaches are:

* Rutgers-Certified

* Background Checked

* CPR/AED Certified

🎒 Gear Up for the Season

We provide the flags and the team gear! To be game-ready, parents are responsible for:

* Mouthpieces: Mandatory for every practice and game. (Pro tip: Keep a spare in your gym bag!)

* Cleats: Football or soccer cleats (all-rubber soles are required).

* Water Bottle: Stay fueled and hydrated—water is best!

* The Mindset: Bring your competitive spirit and a "team-first" attitude.
